[Name removed] made the transition as kind/safe as possible for my mom and as transparent/gentle as she could for me. They adapted quickly to my mom's changing needs, always supported her getting out into the world, and keeping her moving. My mom's dementia progressed quickly (common at her stage) and I always felt that [name removed] kept me in the know and ensured my mom felt safe and loved. I know loved is a big word for a paid caregiver but I genuinely believe [name removed] appreciated my mom as a person not just a patient. [Name removed] met my mom at her "least like my mom" and still saw a lovely wonderful person. The home was impeccable, her room was clean, and she was tidy and put together. I was fortunate enough to find Victoria 1 with the help of a wonderful advisor. Words cannot express the amount of love and care that my friend experienced from Victoria 1. I will be forever grateful for the exceptional attention, no matter what time of day, that was paid to my friend. She was my best friend for 50 years; I am so lucky to have been part of giving back to her the kindness and empathy shown by this excellent facility.

The most capable, kind and loving environment you could hope to find for your loved one. Maria, her family and staff care for their clients as if they were family members of their own. I cannot recommend this adult family home more highly. I consider myself lucky to have found them.
