We took a tour of Clifton Assisted Living during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice! The cleanliness and friendliness was great. We felt that this facility was a great match for our loved one, however, they didn't have any availability.

The staff is attentive and very kind to the residents at Peachtree Creek. Every time I visit my mother in law, she speaks about how well she is treated; and she enjoys the food. The staff shows me pictures of her exercising and having fun at parties. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Clifton I loved but it was only an assisted living place has no,memory care and I felt my Mom needed more cate than they could provide.

In our first 4 months, Peachtree Creek has blown me away. The staff have been excellent, with only a few (mostly on the weekends) that are not talkative or willing to engage. The fact that residents can wander the entire building during the day and are not confined to one hall or space is fantastic. Plus the natural light, new renovations, outings and activities, and massive "backyard" are all things that are difficult to find in a similar setting - all of which are great for dementia/Alzheimer's patients. I researched 7 seven places in the surrounding area and none of them had these amenities or options. I find a lot of comfort knowing my mom is well taken care of and surrounded by people who truly care and who are willing to go above and beyond what's expected of them.

Mom loves to dance. We are very satisfied. Mom is comfortable. The staff takes really good care of her. It has been a pleasant experience. Good deal for the value of the money. Mom has flourished, at first, she was in a shell. Overall, the staff is outstanding, professional, and concerned about the residents. It is a relief on my mind, not to worry about her.

They are extremely communicative at this community. They do their best to make sure that my father feels like he is in a family environment. I go there often throughout the week and they are very attentive and even remember things about me as well as my loved one. It is a good feeling.

I struggled to find a home for my mom. The staff here was so friendly and so accommodating. They answered all my questions. Mom's transition was really easy. She seems to be really happy here and enjoys the activities. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is getting good care.

Peachtree Creek is absolutely outstanding in every category. My mother is a resident and I have seen a significant change in her demeanor since she has been there. She smiles and laughs more than I have seen in years! The staff is incredible and everyone has a pleasant and peaceful manner. This is not something I have seen anywhere else. The building, rooms and community center are clean and tidy and the environment is filled with happiness. Daily activities keep the residents occupied - and these activities are tailored to their residents specific abilities and limitations. When I last visited everyone was playing "volleyball" in the community center with pool noodles and a balloon. This one especially touched my heart as I hadn't seen my mother interact with anyone or participate in a group activity in years before this. Peachtree Creek is truly a special, wonderful place and I am so thankful my mother is there!!

Our loved one will be coming to Peachtree Creek here soon, and we are so excited to see what our experience is going to be like. They offer, occupational there, physical there and speech therapy and we think that is amazing for this with dementia or Alzheimer's, it will help prolong the effects. Also they have a doctor and neurologist come to the community instead of transporting the residents to and from their appointments. Also the patients to staff ratio is spot on, it is like 3 to 4 or 4 to 5, so almost perfect and they have different levels of memory care.

My wife has been at Peachtree creek for over 4 years. The staff is very helpful and fairly consistent. The management staff is very supportive and keeps families informed via email. Obviously, while I am unable to visit and interact with my wife, the staff is protecting our most vulnerable loved ones during this pandemic. I was very happy that the first round of vaccine shots have been received and the second round is scheduled. I miss the activities I was able to see first hand and to walk the grounds and backyard, but understand the restrictions. I cannot wait to be able to enter the facility in the future.

Peachtree Creek specializes in memory care and fully understands the needs of Dementia patients. Additionally, the kindness and love the staff consistently show to the residents in the facility is impressive. The facility is well managed! The ENTIRE staff (director, nursing, kitchen, maintenance, front desk, activities director, caretakers, etc.) willingly steps in to help with ANY task when needed. Peachtree Creek strives to work in partnership with the families while providing the best care for our loved one. After two years, we continue to feel this is the perfect fit for us!

My wife and I were in a tough situation near the end of [date removed]. We were needing to find a facility for my mother in law, because her disease had progressed to a point where she had to be in a memory care facility. As we began our investigation of different options, it became apparent that there are several facilities providing average/below average care, while still charging astronomical prices. We spoke with family, friends and people in the industry and were able to compile a list of 8-10 places to evaluate. The first place we visited was Peachtree Creek. The director of the facility, [name removed], came out to meet us for our meeting. As we spoke with [name removed], it was clear that he is passionate about his job. As we listened to the things he said, my thought was that this sounds to good to be true. The thing that stood out to me the most was the stories he shared of current residents and how he interacts with them. There are so many places where the person in charge is simply managing the staff but is not doing much more. [Name removed] does not work that way! As he took us on a tour of the building, the stories he shared began to come to life. His interaction with each person was really the icing on the cake! After the interview/tour, both my wife and I were confident that we had found the home for her mother. Normally, there is a lot of red tape that makes it difficult to move a patient from one place to another. [Name removed] and his team totally took the lead and we were able to have her moved with little to no stress for us. I just want to send out a BIG “thank you” to [name removed] and his staff! [Name removed] is a true professional and he’s made Peachtree Creek a home for not only his residents, but the families, too!!

My mother lived at Peachtree Creek for over two years before her death from the side effects of dementia. I really don't know how we can adequately thank the wonderful staff at Peachtree for all their consistent loving, compassionate care over the course of those years. Peachtree Creek is a very well-run facility with an eye toward the needs of each individual. We, as family members, were made to feel extremely welcome each and every time we visited (that was daily). Her needs -- whether medical or personal -- were met with great care. We view our dear friends at Peachtree as just that -- friends AND family. We would highly recommend this wonderful facility to anyone who needs this special care. They are extraordinary.

We are extremely happy with Peregrine's Landing at Peachtree Creek. The people there are really awesome, incredibly friendly. Even when we were just visiting, the people would stop and speak to us and go out of their way to introduce themselves and help in any way they could.

I highly recommend them to any family in need of memory care. The place is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

My loved one was only here a short time, but we were impressed with them overall. The facility itself was always well kept and clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I always appreciated how willing they were to facilitate specific care needs my loved one had when I wasn't able to be there personally.

Moving my son to Peachtree Creek was like moving him from darkness to sunshine. They care about their residents!! They listen and try to solve issues that the families may have concerning their loved ones. They keep striving to make Peachtree Creek a greater place for your loved one! This is not an easy occupation but they chose this as their life's earthly journey. Are they perfect? No, but it is their mission to continue growing towards that goal. Yes, Peachtree Creek cares . . .

I moved my mother to Peachtree Creek approximately 2 years ago after suffering two falls in one week at her previous memory care facility. Her first fall resulted in a broken clavicle while the second fall caused a fractured hip. Needless to say, she was not returning to that location! While she recovered, I frantically looked for another facility that would offer better care. Every facility l visited left me highly disappointed and discouraged. Then someone recommended Peachtree Creek. I loved the fact that this facility was 100% memory care and not some isolated hallway in the back of an assisted care facility. When I walked in, I felt like I was entering the Country Inn hotel....very warm and cozy. After meeting with the director and talking with several staff members, I decided to move her there. Now, I'm going to be honest, I was not immediately impressed with the level of care and support, although it was much better than the previous facility. I met several times with the director and expressed my concerns. I was assured that changes were being made and improvements were in the forecast. Well, change came! New owners and a new director. [Removed] has made a remarkable difference. He is hands on and extremely attentive to the residents and their families and friends. Wayman has also hired many top notch staff members. [Removed] is an absolutely phenomenal Activities Director. He keeps the residents creatively engaged and stimulated. The [Removed] run a tight Wellness program. All of the RA's are very attentive and take such wonderful care of my mother. The cooking staff, custodial staff, and customer service staff all do a fabulous job. I am constantly sharing with them how much I appreciate the service that they provide. In addition, if you are ever in need of a hospice service, AGAPE.....absolutely the best!
