I’m with my husband who had dementia and required the Memory Care Here. The care and staff are excellent . The Memory Care Coordinator is outstanding. The food is very good and we enjoy the meals here. We thought it was a miracle that we got in. Our daughter checked other facilities and found Naperville North was the best of them all. Also, location was perfect from my daughter’s house and work place.

The management and occupational employees!! Does extremely well with the care of myself and my wife who lives here. We both find the food and services very successful. The memory care department activities towards residents has been increased substantially. Verified by the interest of the residents helping with cognitive development. The memory care staff maintains a well trained staffing system.. The participation of residents has increased significantly. I feel like the new Memory Care Coordinator [name removed] has been an absolute blessing to the department and community. The staff is very responsive to residents and family needs.

Our Mother received top-notch care for 11 years at this wonderful senior home. We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful caregiving staff! My in-laws have been at Sunrise Naperville North 4 years this past October. The staff at Sunrise are friendly, helpful, accommodating and very responsive to our questions or concerns. Although my in-laws both started in Assisted Living, it became necessary for us to move my mother-in-law to Reminiscence a year ago for Alzheimer’s memory care. The staff was instrumental in guiding our family through this transition to make it as smooth as possible for everyone involved, all the while addressing our concerns. My father-in-law still resides in ALC but can go up and visit any time he wants. There are plenty of activities for the residents in both communities. Meals are delicious, and when we have dropped in for an impromptu meal, we are treated with the hospitality of a five-star restaurant. Our family would never have made it this far without the staff’s guidance and assistance. We realize our loved ones are exactly where they need to be, and that peace of mind is tremendous!

The Sunrise campus has a warm welcoming feel attributed partly by design. However, the overwhelming warmth comes from the kindness and compassionate care my loved one receives. I'm comforted after every visit witnessing the kindness, respect and professional care given to all the residents. What happily caught my attention were the many times laughter was heard throughout the community.

My Mother has enjoyed the staff, envirnment and food enormously. She moved in very unhappy with moving out of her home. She has thanked me many, many times for making her make this move in the 6mths she has lived here. She loves all the activities and people. The staff is very easy for me to work with. They keep me updated on any changes that occur with my mother, good or bad. They are very caring and kind but efficient and knowledgable.

Everyone is nice and friendly since the day I moved in. Staff is great , food is always good , with a lot of options and activities is always to my liking. They have a huge library of books as I love to read.

The staff at Sunrise of Naperville North is very friendly. They were quick to include our mom in activities upon our request. They communicate often with updates and/or concerns. The move in process was smooth and they were accommodating with move in carts. The dining room food choices are plentiful. We are always welcome to join mom for a meal too, for minimal cost. The Smile app is helpful to keep families connected as well.

They are always friendly and helpful even when I know they are having a stressful day. The residents are always their #1 priority. The meals are always delicious. You many choices at every meal. What ever you are hungry for they have and it is delicious. Wine with dinner if you wish. There are always activities going on. They get a daily calendar with events. The value for cost is excellent. Yes I would recommend this community to other families and so would my mother. She did not want to move from her home on May. But now in July she is having a great time and enjoys the staff. So happy with our decision to move her to [name removed].

The gal who was giving us the tour did a phenomenal job. We found the facility to not be near as lively as we would have liked. It was pretty quiet. We toured during lunch time and the residents were not socializing with one another. That was not appealing for what my parents wanted.

The big concern I have is that when trying to get my loved one ready to leave for an appointment. I wish the internal communication was better to have my loved one ready for appointments. My loved one enjoys the meals. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There was one price quoted at the beginning, and that lasted a few days. Then the community stated my loved one needed additional care and they are additional charges per month. Now, I feel stuck because the community is wanting to add additional care and charge more for the care every few months. I can't see where they are adding care.

Our family had an in person tour and this was a very tough decision for our family, we ultimately left the decision up to our loved ones and they went with a different community however we would absolutely highly recommend Sunrise of Naperville North.
