I came to visit some family at Sunrise and It was honestly an amazing experience. Most homes you see are dull and alittle sad but this one was so lively and full of life. The Team in this Building is Truly unmatched . Walking into this community really feels like home. The people make the experience here an unforgettable day. Not only did I learn that the tenure of some of the employees reach up to 21 years of working for Sunrise but the joy that every team member brings to the table showcases that they love their job.

Moved Mom in 5 months ago and the people at Sunrise made this a wonderful experience. Obviously not having any experience with this we had a lot of questions, a lot of uncertainty, and a bit of anxiety. They were great, very empathetic to our situation and did everything to make it a smoot transition for both us kids and Mom. The staff are all wonderful, very caring and Show her a lot of love. They have accommodated our unique requests with no issues, they truly want all of us to be happy and comfortable.

Great place for your loved one! The staff is amazing and they are always very welcoming. The spaces are very comfortable and inviting. Every time I enter the facility, they are very clean! Service is very nice and I can tell my loved one is very comfortable in her enviroment.

Every time I visit to visits my Aunt, they people there always assist me for everything. They always ask me if I am ok and I find that very sweet! The environment is always so clean and has a nice smell.

Our family had an in person tour with Sunrise for Huntcliff Summit and it was a nice tour experience but we felt they nickel and dime you for the help charges so there was a large unknown additional charging

The food is fresh and off the charts good. There is a good selection of food available for the residents. There are two caregivers for 20 rooms on each floor. The response time to call buttons can be slow, and there are times the staff don't respond to the call button requests, especially on the weekends. There were some very good caregivers available at the community. The staff were good at medication management. We did end up paying for caregivers 24 hours a day to make sure our loved one was taken care of. The community like other companies are struggling to get employees. The staff were friendly. They had wide hallways with comfortable chairs for the residents to sit in.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved this community, 5 stars across the board. The staff to resident ratio is very low - in the single digits and the amount of time the staff have been there really stood out to us. We met people who had been there 5 years, 8 years, 10 years and beyond. It is more expensive but you are getting what you pay for.

We thought this community was very expensive for what our loved one received, As far as we know they did offer a decent amount of activities for the residents to participate in. Our loved one was in wheel chair all the time and her room was on the first floor as well as the dining room, which was very convenient for her. Overall we think the food was fine, We would recommend this community with reservations. If the person that was staying there was mobile then yes, but if your loved one needed more assistance we did feel they did not have enough staff members.

I would recommend to use Sunrise at Huntcliff. They take great care, even during COVID. They have had one employee who tested positive and they shut everything down. There has been no other issues. When I have been at this community they have been doing activities.

Sunrise At Huntcliff Summit is expensive, but given the care, we think it is pretty average and they do a good job.

My parents, 96 and 93, love living there except for one thing- the food. When they first moved in last year it was good, but since then, it has gone steadily downhill, to the point where they no longer look forward to eating meals there. I don't know why Sunrise can't get it together and provide decent meals. Healthy food is the most important and basic component of a healthy lifestyle, especially for older people. Quite often, my parents will have my sister (who lives nearby) bring them food from a restaurant, or take them out to eat. This adds a lot of expense to an already expensive situation. I just want to let people know that this is a problem now at Huntcliff Summit, even though it wasn't before. We are very concerned and frustrated. I live far away and can only look on from a distance as my parents tell me that they get indigestion from almost every meal. They and many others have complained but the food situation is not improving at all.

We like this community for the excellent care that is received here.The staff is outstanding and caring. The community is clean and we like the excellent menu of healthy meals. They offer activities for the residents. My mom is happy with knowing that they have a dog for her and the others to enjoy. We would recommend this community for other families.
