We love [name removed]. She is proactive and communicate regularly with us via txt, voice, and phone. Very good, at what she does, very professional and helpful. She is an asset for sure. Obvious she loves her job, in our opinion. Our family sleeps better knowing that our mom is in great hands and has great care 24/7. We very highly recommend Sunrise Care Home.

It seems active and good energy from the tenants. They notice if something is off with the tenants and question them. If you don't show up for a meal they go to your suite and ask if want your meal brought to you in your room. When you have questions or issues, they respond right away.They call once a month to see if the guest/renter has voiced any issues that have not been address by them. [name removed] does tell me his needs and not them so it helps communication. It's a comfort to know our family member is being treated with sincere care.

Our family had an in person tour and overall it was a nice tour experience but the community was just far to huge for our loved one and to expensive.

I really love Sunrise! I think they are great. They have excellent caregivers, and are adequately staffed. It is a really clean place, and they have excellent food and a great dining area. It has been a great experience and I would highly recommend Sunrise Home Facility.

This community was not big enough for my loved one and did not have a lot of people to socialize with. It was smaller and did not give that feeling that I was looking for. Very nice your with nice people.

Sunrise Home Facility is ok. It's not the best, but it is alright. It seems like they are always short-staffed. Some of the staff are very nice, but then there are some others that are not so nice.
