Stellar Care

Certain staff are very helpful however we have witnessed many of the caregivers spend a majority of their time on their cell phones opposed to being 100% attentive to the patients they are assigned to care for during the "Activities Room" &/or the room the patients go to when not at a meal during the day.

They were great with everything! The staff was was caring attentive kind and cared for my mom whenever I busses the longest wait Wes 20 minutes and my sister and I were there 6days a week for 3 and 4 hours a day u see that they cared for mom. Clean, food was good but not great but it was palatable.

What our family likes the most about the Stellar Care community is the attentiveness of the staff members who are working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for a community for their loved ones.

I know a Stellar Care resident who is really pleased with the care he has received from the staff. They're all doing an excellent job. They treat their residents with professionalism, respect, knowledge, and compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility, as well as [removed], to anybody who requires attentive caring care throughout their skilled nursing requirements.

We have been very satisfied with our experience and have recommended Stellar care to a friend of ours. There are so many things that have made this a positive experience for us, but what sticks out most is just the cheerfulness of the staff members and the facility itself.

Stellar Care gets all 5 stars. This is a much better facility than the previous place we had my mother at. We chose Stellar Care because it was super clean, the staff were friendly, they had air conditioning, lots of windows that let in natural light, and there was secure underground parking available.

The staff at Stellar Care have been attentive, friendly, and helpful. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and cheery. And there's a nice garden area.

We had a good tour at Stellar Care. The facility was clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. They way they operated seemed good. It was just a little too closed in for our family's preference. It was more like city living - a four story building with just an internal courtyard garden. The people were nice, and it was really well done. We just preferred less of a city atmosphere.

I toured Stellar Care and it was my favorite out of the other communities I toured. We chose another community as it boiled down to the proximity of my loved one.

I like the fact that Stellar Care is a memory care center only, which is ideal for residents with dementia/Alzheimer's. Some other facilities have assisted living as well as memory care, which makes the memory care sections feel like an infirmary sealed off from everything. Because Stellar Care just does memory care, it feels more like a senior community than a full-on memory care center, yet there are still security features in place to keep the residents safe. The staff has been good. Everyone has been very helpful with my loved one. If I need something for him, there' s always someone there to help. All I have to do is ask.

I thought they did a nice job with the tour. We just needed memory care for one relative, and independent living for another relative. And they didn't offer both.

The tour was great, staff were friendly, informative, and accommodating. The facility itself was very large and clean. It was just not the right fit for us.

I think the community is professional and well maintained. They have great activities. This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones. The food is great. Some of the activities available are library, movies, news groups, outings, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

We've had a very good experience. They're very good at what they do. And that's as much as you can ask, right? The staff have been excellent. My loved one has been very happy with the food, and they have a range of food that she likes, specifically for her diet, which I really appreciate. Activities have been a little limited due to Covid, like anywhere else, but they're doing as much as they can. They've been doing an event almost every week. I feel like they have been open and clear about the costs and what they'll be going forward.

The value for the money is very good because its family-owned and feels like they really care about the residence. The director is amazing. The communication is very good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others.

While our loved one was there she really liked the fact that they were not locked down, and they were allowed to mingle with the other residents. They really did treat her well there.

Stellar Care is great with memory care. The staff were wonderful and attentive to my loved one's needs. The staff were down to earth, and real people. Excellent!

Very nice meeting. Answered all our questions. Met with owner [name removed] and [name removed]. Appreciated their honesty and feedback. So kind! Is definitely #1 on our list. Need to follow-up with a few more questions before we decide.
