Springbrooke Senior Living

Springbrooke Senior Living is a very nice facility. Everyone has been lovely. They have many different apartment sizes available. Also, lots of options for amenities! I would highly recommend Springbrooke to others.

It's delightful. They offer lots of activities. The food is mediocre to excellent. Extremely clean. Great staff. Convenient location. It's non corporate, and privately owned. Transport is available to medical appts, shopping etc. Carports are available. If I had to choose a different location it would be closer to a park. I miss seeing people walking dogs, trees, and gardens. I would recommend to others.

My moms in memory care, so I can't answer to the other areas. The food is good because I've seen how it was where my father was living, and food is better here. I love the garden area, the outside space is really nice compared to other places I've looked at. I live out of town, but the things that people care about like activities, food, and the outdoor space are all 5/5 and of good quality - which is why we picked it. We also like the staff to resident ratio.

This place is amazing. The staff are caring and compassionate. The Executive Director is always available and friendly, she knows all the residents and it shows how much she cares. She has lifted the level of this community since she has started with the company. I would not want my parent any other place.

My loved one enjoys the community. I like the way the staff will tailor their care to each resident. The community is privately owned and this is a big plus for me. There are different options for food, I just wish the community would remind the residents of the different options available to them.

It seems like a very clean place. It's cheerful, pretty, pleasant, the best kind of environment you could ask for. I feel really happy that my friend is there, and it's a great place for him. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I know they have an activities director that seems attentive and encourages resident participation.

I have been most pleased with the level of care my mom has been receiving since moving into Springbrooke's assisted living. The facilities are lovely and clean, the activities well organized and plentiful, and the staff, caring and attentive. I am most grateful that my mom is in such a loving place. It provides me with great peace of mind.

Nice visit in a comprehensive, yet slightly smaller facility. Different fee structure than the other places I have seen with some independent options that don't automatically include everything. Three different meal plans and a full slate of support options for residents. Private patios on most units. I didn't see a single male resident though.

helpful and excellent at their jobs. Activity lady is great. Therapy is awesome. A lot of things are good. Some staff are nice but residents can't tell them what they want or need because a large number of workers understand very little English. This can make meal time unpleasant and frustrating. The rooms do not have temperature control and rooms and the residents get very hot when the heat is on as well as when the a/c is off for the season. The residents were in shorts with doors and windows open on snow days in winter. I would check out other options but keep this place in mind because the pond view is nice.

I toured here when looking for a place for my dad and from what I saw it was fine. The location didn’t really work for us - it is on a very busy street, no parks or nature nearby and although most rooms had balconies the views weren't great. the balcony was also a safety concern for our family. The staff there are very nice, they offer a lot of great activities, but the apartments small and a little outdated. I was there during a cook out and the other residents seemed to be very happy. The price is on the lower end, but overall the community wasn’t a good fit for what we were needing at the time.

I was looking for a place for my Mother-In-Law and I came across this community. I really liked this facility but it just didn’t seem to be as good of a fit for her like other places were. The biggest deciding factor was that it wasn’t as close as what I wanted. The community seemed nice and looked fine. Everything looked clean but it just wasn’t for us. They do offer activities like going to casinos, exercise classes, card games, and watching movies. I would recommend this community.

My mom is settling in slowly but surely acclimating at Springbrooke Retirement and Assisted Living. It is a warm and inviting environment. She has a beautiful apartment with a patio that we added flowers, and she recently called me to tell me about the beautiful rainbow she was able to enjoy. I've dined with my mom on occasion and the food is okay, they seem to cater to a bland palate, but there is a variety to choose from. They offer activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate if they want to. My mom does enjoy the entertainment that they provide. I would highly recommend this community to others.

I toured this community when looking for my loved one. It was a good fit for someone looking for assisted living without advance memory care needs.

I thought this was a nice community when we toured. The staff I met were friendly. We liked this community, however we were looking for a memory care community only. They have nurses on staff and they offer activities.

I toured this community. The staff were nice and did answer my questions on the care that would have been given for my mom. I liked that the community was very clean inside and out. They had a good variety of meals that would have been appealing. They had activities that would have been offered here. We would recommend this community to other families.

We chose this community because the place is very bright with a lot of windows and sunlight. My father is still struggling to adjust as well as with other things, but the staff has been very nice and accommodating. I know they have a hard job, and they are very good at it. The place is very clean and the meals are very good. I am happy with our choice so far.

The staff have been very helpful. The front desk people know me and make sure they have my physical therapy appointments down so I can get there on time. They offer transportation to the bank and the store. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They clean my apartment every other week and they are very thorough. They offer quite a bit of activity and I would recommend this community.

I love Springbrooke, it is a very nice place and the staff are great. We have had nothing but good experiences.
