Caregivers are very friendly and seem to be very engaged in the welfare of the residents. House is kept very clean and neat. Communication is very good, whenever there is an issue or concern about the resident. Move-in process was very easy, rooms for the most part are furnished with the basics that can be supplemented by the family of the resident. Food looks to be a good quality and variety. House could do a better job at furnishing a regular menu that is current for the week. The owner [name removed] is very caring and knowledgeable about care for the residents and their wellbeing. House may want to consider hiring an LPN on staff during the week. Caregivers are very limited on what they can do or recommendations on immediate care when necessary. House has very little planned activities for the residents. It is up to each resident to entertain themselves for the most part. I would recommend this house to others if they are looking for a quiet low key place to live where they will be well looked after. However, if they are looking for a location with an active organized activities plan to keep residents entertained and engaged, the home does not provide this.... Read more

Our building was fully renovated in 2017 specifically to support senior living. Our compassionate staff also helps ensure that residents' health needs are met by assisting residents with all activities of daily living, mobility assistance, and dining if needed. All three meals can be provided in the comfort of residents’ living spaces, as well as medication reminders and scheduled transportation.

My mom has lived here for several years, and moved here during COVID. The quality of care has been phenomenal. The owners are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The caregivers have displayed a level of concern and diligence that is so rare in this industry. My mom has become attached to every single caregiver. While moving a loved one to assisted living can be a difficult decision, I would highly recommend Quail Manor.

Quail Manor has met all of my expectations in every way except for activities. My mother is so bored! All she wants to do is watch TV, and she keeps calling me to find out if there is anything good to watch. They had one day with a singer that came in to perform and they played cards one night. My sister and I have brought over puzzles and coloring books, but she has not been invited to the puzzle room to start one of her puzzles.

I have two family members residing at Quail Manor. The owners are caring and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure their residents are comfortable and getting everything they need. I appreciate the contact they make with me so I'm always informed of how my family are doing. The home is very pleasant and roomy. The rooms are large and are always kept immaculate. The caregivers are very capable, friendly and make everyone feel at home.
