Since they've just switched over to a new company and all it's a little difficult. Right now it seems to be some lip service but not actions. But I think that's going to improve as we all talk more. They just got a new activities director so there's no way of saying how that's going to go yet. The food department definitely their flavors are good but the service is a little poor and some of the amenities like all these little packages to open make it difficult for arthritic people. Some other choices could be a little better too. But I'm hoping after the first of the year to get on to the food committee and help make suggestions

Recently, within the last 6 months there has been a rush to fill the apartments apparently without any assessment of persons taken in. The result has been confusion with respect to policies for smoking, pets, dress code, decorum, etc. The result is a contingent of indigent people that are sometimes without resources or guidance. No tours for the new residents. No follow up on welfare of new Independent residents. As far as the appearance of the public interior, It shows signs of decay and neglect.. What may have once been an elegant facility, no longer is living up to its past reputation. Soiled and torn carpets Unwashed exterior windows and doors. Intake seems to trend toward Assisted Living or marginally Independent Living.

Thins are working out very well for me at Premier Cadbury. When I first came to visit, all of the staff were interacting with the residents and knew everyone by their names. I would tell others looking into the facility to just make sure to ask questions on your tour. They have a lot of great things to offer here and everyone has been so friendly.
I stayed at Premier Cadbury (Rehab Unit) for about 3 months and it was a pleasant experience for me. Physical Therapists were great, activities were interesting and I enjoyed the new games that I learned. Nursing care was good and all staff were respectful. Overall I give the facility a rating of 10 out of 10! I will miss the friends I made.

Premier Cadbury had nice grounds. The dining room looked pretty nice. What stood out to me as kind of strange was their meal plan. The people who are in studio apartments have three meals a day included in the price, but anyone with a kitchen only gets one meal a day included in the price.
Wonderful place to live this is a really great community with a very friendly and competent staff and the people that live here are all so nice. We have everything we need here we have in staff doctors and nurses and we get three meals a day and we have housekeeping and people to maintain our apartments and great activities and a beautiful Olympic size heated pool the dining room is gorgeous overlooking a lake and it is very good value for the money I really love it here and hope to be here for many years to come. If you’re looking for a nice place for your loved ones this is the place to check out we even have an exercise room and activities that can’t be beat. I really love it here and I’m sure you will also please check it out there is something for everyone and there are different sections for people with all kinds of different needs, they really take care of you here

It is a caring community with dedicated staff to the residents. The administrative staff is good; however, sometimes we have to follow up with concerns. I feel that the pandemic has some effect of this. The communication is good, and again sometimes it requires some follow up.

The community doing a great job keeping the residence safe from covid. Because of covid, I feel that we can not judge the community fairly until covid is over.

My apartment is very comfortable. The food is getting better and the baking is very good. I had no housekeeping for four weeks. They seem to have trouble with staffing, scheduling and supervision. The staff I have contact with are very nice but don't always know what is going on. Some of this may be due to COVID restrictions but I previously lived in a senior residence with COVID restrictions and they did a much better job. Recently limited social activites have been planned. They don't always happen on time and some never happen. Communication is not that good. Outside trash containers have not been emptied any time recently and are overflowing and rash is piled up around them. The staff parking and outside break areas have litter everywhere. I have heard from residents that things were much better before COVID.

I've been around the block a few times for physical rehab, so this was not my first rodeo. I was in the Cadbury Health Center to rehab for a fractured femur. It was very poorly staffed. Shortly after I arrived, I had to go to the bathroom really bad and I had to scream for help. The call bell might as well have been disconnected. It was at least 30 minutes until someone came. Some of the staff just didn't seem to care. There's more, but in short....not a good experience! Fortunately I was able to get transferred to another facility after a few days.

This was a nice facility but was very disappointed in the management here. The director told me they had a policy in place for the residents. They were to sign out and to sign in when you leave the building. I have power of attorney and we are going through the legal guardianship so I was never notified when she was taken out of the building and they had no idea who took here or if she was coming back. And the front desk and the caregivers were giving out personal information of my mother’s which isn’t appropriate. Mom didn’t really like this place anyways so when we were told my mom wasn’t welcome here we moved along. Mom didn’t get enough solcialization while she was here.

Cadbury was a good experience for me. They just didn't appeal to me. Nothing was wrong, they were not a fit for me. They were professional and ready to tour.

The remodeled old Cherry Hill Lodge. Felt dreary and dark. Residents need light to brighten their day and spirits. Did not have a sample room to show us. Money upfront along with community fee, all too high.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The person that took us on tour was friendly. This community seems to offer a lot of daily activities. This community was just a little farther away than what we were looking for.

I have no complaints about the tour I had recently taken at this community for my father. I thought the staff did an excellent job presenting the facility to us as well as answering any questions we had. The residents seemed to be enjoying them selves in different activities and I like to see they had a lot of great events planned. It was clean and had a spacious floor plan which I liked. Overall it was a great place just not the right fit in the end decision for my father.

My wife, and I are doing pretty well since our move to this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is here is very friendly, and kind. It is an adjustment process, but this is a community I would overall recommend.

Upon arrival for our tour the facility lobby was very impressive. However, when we viewed the rooms they seemed a little worn. Also, info stated that there were studio rooms for dementia patients, but this was not the case.

A Place for Mom has scored Premier Cadbury 8.4 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
