They adopted cognitive test scores as a guide without allowing them to solely dictate care needs. They are taking the time to really get to know my husband. The staff is attentive and receptive to questions. They go out of their way to get to know all their residents and to help residents connect with each other over meals and activities. (Restaurant is great with meals prepared by an excellent chef.)
