Lantern Crest Senior Living

My loved one only stayed there for 4 nights. She had to move out as they couldn't offer the care they say she needed. I would like to see a better intake process for the residents. If that had been more thorough I think her care needs would have been expected.

Lantern Crest Senior Living is the greatest senior living facility we've ever seen. They offer first-rate services as well as resort-style accommodations. They help individuals in need by offering independent and assisted living services, as well as memory care programs. A premium environment provides remarkable trustworthiness. While looking for a place for my parents, who are currently staying at [name removed], a friend eagerly offered this to me.

Based on my experience so far, I would rate all categories above as a 5. I am very pleased with Lantern Crest Senior Living and would recommend it to anyone. I wish I had entered it a couple of years earlier.

Lantern Crest Senior Living is privately owned & operated. Staff work hard at knowing names & faces. Most recognize & greet us in the halls. They offer a wide variety of activities & they're willing to try new ones.

As far as assisted living it is nice to know when it is your time go they have a wonderful hospice care on site. Makes transition easy for when times are needed.

I have nothing but praise for the Ridge Assisted Living at Lantern Crest! I toured several places for my father and selected the Ridge. was one of the best decisions I could have made. I wish I'd made it sooner. It was a huge relief knowing that I no longer had to worry about whether or not he took his medicine, or had clean clothes to wear, if he was eating or was having a medical issue. Every resident I met was well dressed and groomed. His balance and walking improved significantly while he was there. The staff was amazing. They treated my father with dignity, respect, and as a person. The staff got to know him, would joke with him, learned what he liked. They made sure he attended activities and tailored activities to his likes. He loved the twice weekly happy hours with live music. The building is spotless inside and out. It has every amenity you could ask for. The food is restaurant quality. 5+ stars. I could go on, but I've already cut my review in half!

My tour at Lantern Crest gave me a really strong positive impression. It was a beautiful place, like a five-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful tour and a wonderful location.

I thought Lantern Crest was kind of big. We looked at memory care, although they also have assisted and independent living. We didn’t like that the facility was on two levels. So you might have to get in the elevator to go from your room to activities or meals. It seemed like residents would almost need to have 1:1 assistance to navigate the facility.

I thought Lantern Crest was lovely. They gave us a comprehensive tour and showed us all the facilities and amenities that were available.

This community was beautiful but the independent was completely independent and no one was checking on them. They said you could have care brought in but this would be to much. Memory care was beautiful but there were not a lot of people and my loved one was not ready for this yet. There was no in between.

Our family was able to have an in person tour, and right away we did not like how they had a point system for their food. Anytime the residents wanted their meals it was through their point system.

your loved ones will be very well taken care of. The staff knows your loved ones and the families. If there are any issues they are fixed immediately. The communication is very good between the staff and the families.

Moved in mom and dad this year. What a great staff, amenities, and food. [Name removed] and team are so helpful. Unfortunately we are now in memory care and the level of care is so amazing. We love lantern crest.

We’re relieved to find a place where our parents are safe, well-nourished, and pampered a bit.

Nearly new. large rooms with lots of amenities. No in house medical staff. Lots of things for residents to do. the day i visited a lady had brought some animals to share. Very nice place.

It is very nice. And mom seems to be settling in. Have not explored the activities yet. But there seems to be plenty going on. Food is very good

I can’t believe how happy my mom is here. She is absolutely thriving. She says it is like living in a resort full of nice people.

My husband and I live here and everything has been wonderful. One thing that they offered that other places didn’t was villas with pretty yards and a wonderful view. We really liked the idea of having our own little house. Everybody that works here is so kind, sweet, and attentive. They’re very professional and as quick as they can be to meet your needs and that’s from the gardeners all the way to the top. The food is wonderful and the head chef and kitchen staff are very open to suggestions. If there’s something that people don’t like, it disappears off the menu. The waiters are the sweetest people in the world and it just amazes me. The service is a little show and I’m not sure why but I think it’s maybe because they cook every meal individually. But if you tell them they forgot something, they’ll fix it right away and do little sweet things for you. The only big negative we’ve found is that we don’t really like the cable company the facility provides for us. But the maintenance staff is always here to help and give us suggestions on how to work around any issues we have. They really do everything they can to make us as happy as possible. The other residents seem to be very happy and it’s just overall a friendly place.

The Lantern Crest Senior Living Community was a nice community. It was very clean and well-kept. All of our family members did not have a good feeling or communicate well the director. We also chose another community that was a better fit for our budget.

It has become clear that we placed my wife in the wrong facility and therefore we will have to move her.She requires much more extensive care for medical than this community is able to do. They are great for assisted living for people that don't need major one on one help. During my wife stay here she really liked the staff I think they went a little above and beyond what they were supposed to do to try and help my wife out. She was very comfortable in her room. She had always said she liked the food.
