They left my mom too long in stool so she got burnt they didn’t have any remorse with exception of a couple of nurses but directors have no empathy and if you go for a complaint make sure to write it yourself because they will write it in their words my mom went backwards here because they failed to read previous records

Rooms need a complete makeover, they have not touched a thing since the 1950's cramped, moldy, rooms are so cold thermastat didnt work. Nurses were very nice thou...
