Most of the people who live here seem to be very happy. I like that the apartments is private. The owner [name removed] is trying desperately to get a hospital bed for me so that I can transfer in and out of bed to my wheelchair and vice versa,so hopefully it will be here soon because in my condition I really don't need to have a falling accident as I am still hopeful that I will be able to walk again before I become too old.... The staff are slim to none on each occasion I was there either 2 CNA's or 1 overnight worker. The owner is all about money they need men to help care for the patients none are there in case of falls. The patients are not bathed or fed if they are unable to do things for themselves and go down hill very fast. The facility only requires two workers for a facility for 24 people who elderly, with dementia and alzheimer. The meals are mainly sandwiches and soups except lunch. I constantly found soiled sheets, soiled laundry, and my Grandfather being sent to an adult daycare facility which said he was to far off to come to but still they continued to send him there. Know supposedly new owners have taken over and the staff are worse. My grandfather has fallen and had blood on him since last week Sunday still on him today. He will be moving tomorrow.

March 21, 2023Good morning Trina, I would like to apologize for the experience you and your loved one had during their time of stay with previous company. You may wonder why is it now I'm responding years later as it has nothing to do with me or my establishment. I'm the new business at this location and unfortunately the last review was yours and it's definitely not the experience I want for my residents or their family members. So again I can't apologize enough on their behave.
Liked manager very much. Felt homey, but esthetically, lacked alot. Baths are in hallway,which would have been a problem for her.
