We are very happy. They care. They care about my mother they care about us being happy they care about how the room looks. They care about the activities. They are very understanding when my mom is upset, and they have no problem sitting with her for as long as it takes. I was so impressed. I have referred two other people there and they are just as happy.

I would certainly recommend them to others!! They have large rooms/ they do not "price gouge " you. I wish i would have Found Parkdale 1.5 years ago The staff is amazing / caring / compassionate.....he value is the best around very cost competitive to other assisted living centers in the area

I would definitely recommend the facility to anyone who asks. The staff and management of the facility are very professional and friendly towards the people living there. My family is very appreciative as to how well they treated my mother and their concern for her wellbeing.

This is a warm, comfortable community with a wonderful team of staff members that are allowing my parents the happiness, dignity and the quality of life they so deserve. And they manage to do this even with the many obstacles that advanced aging can present. Placing my mom/dad was a difficult decision and my parents, siblings and I are quite happy with our choice.

My sister and I recently went through the process of identifying end-of-life care for our mother. That included assisted living arrangements for the early stages of her decline to higher levels of care as her dementia worsened and her health failed. When I received the call from the assisted living facility where we initially placed her and was advised that they could no longer care for her, I chose Serenity South Senior Living facility in Troy, Alabama to place her in their memory unit. Once I moved her to Serenity, I discovered very quickly that this was the best choice I could have made for her at that time. When a loved one is in cognitive decline it is a heart wrenching experience for the family, and you want the absolute best care that you can afford. Serenity has an excellent staff that was able to meet our expectations regarding what we wanted for our mother. I was able to form an excellent relationship with the director, who kept me apprised of our mother’s condition and needs at the various stages she went through while a resident. Serenity South has an excellent staff of professionals from the highly qualified nursing staff to the day-to-day caregivers to the kitchen staff. All the staff were kind and supportive of our mother and maintained a pleasant and clean environment for her while she was there. We will forever be grateful for the kindness and altruism afforded our mother at Serenity and the clean and safe environment she was provided with. I highly recommend this facility

When the community first opened, I moved my wife in who has Dementia. Right away the staff fell in love with her. She happens to be the very sweet. After about a year, I started noticing some mild memory loss and felt that it was time for me to sell my condo and move in. Right away, [name removed] helped me find the perfect apartment. At first I thought that I needed to be in Memory Care, after a month I realized it wasn’t the place for me so [name removed] helped me find an apartment on the Assisted Living side. I’ve been very happy in my studio. It’s been an adjustment not having my own condo but I’ve met some nice people and know that it was the right move.

Both my parents moved into Inspired Living Delray in 2022. The transition was very smooth and they received wonderful care. When my mom passed away, the staff was wonderful with my dad- watching out for him and keeping him busy. The staff does an excellent job of communicating with the family.

My parents are starting week 7 and are really settling in very comfortably. Crescent Fields representatives were excellent to deal with as well.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly, caring, and seem to love what they do. My Mom seems very happy to be there! She is pleased with the Facility and it seems well taken care of.

Inspired living Delray has his challenges like any other assisted-living in the area but what sets of apart is the staff has heartfelt intentions when it comes to the residence from the front desk to the sales Director, transportation care, assistance, dietary housekeeping, and even corporate concierge all strive to work as a team on behalf of the residence. We have experienced active listening, and assistance with adjustments with daily care and activities, the residence themselves former community, and show support to one another For our family having experienced another facility in Palm Beach County there’s no comparison and this was the best move for my mom .

When my husband and I arrived here approximately 20 months ago, we were both experienced difficult health issues with the help of the staff at Inspired living. We are both able to concentrate on feeling better and having a higher quality of life and we had been having I am grateful for the opportunity to let others know how much Inspired living has done for us.

When my mom first moved in, she went into assisted-living, and my father went into memory care. I wasn’t sure how that was going to work, but all of the staff helped figure out the best way. Every day they allowed my mom to go get my dad in memory care and bring him into the main dining room. When my father passed away, they really helped, my mom adjust. I come to visit every couple of months and I’m always greeted with open arms. The staff is great and treat everybody with so much respect.

I enjoy my time here. The staff are always there with open arms an and that makes me feel special. The activities are good too, but there’s always room for improvement. When my children come to visit, they two are treated so kindly. Overall my experiences positive I enjoy the way that the dining room is always set up for holidays. It always looks so pretty.

I love all the directors here. When I need help they are always there to help me. When I’m not feeling well, and can’t come to the dining room I know that one of the girls will bring me my meal without a hassle. [names removed] are always there when I need something or to just talk. [name removed] also goes above and beyond her happy spirit always makes me feel better. I’ve made some really nice friends. Overall I’m happy.

Just sent my dad to live in inspired living. I had searched out other facilities and at the end inspired was the best one. The staff made the whole experience so much more comforting for us not knowing what to expect when we had no knowledge of what would be. So far we have engaged with [names removed]. They make you feel like home and are so kind and helpful when you need something. I did not see that in other facilities. Also the cleanliness is impeccable and food is very good. Many things to do for my dad which keeps him busy. I can't say enough about this place. im so happy I found a place to have my dad live where I feel comfortable with everyone and everything they have to offer. Top notch in my book.

I would tell a friend that the community is very accommodating and works to really get to know the resident and the family and work together to meet everyone's needs. We picked this community because of its location, the amenities, its new and beautiful. The overall vibe of the community is lively. Meals need some help, but they recently changed dinning services.

I would like to leave a review for my Mother who has been with Inspired Living in Delray Beach since August 2021. The hardest decision I had to make in my life was to accept that my mother needed more care than I could give her with her dementia. It was a a very difficult transition, But with time, till this day, my Mom is very happy, knowing she has a home. She is very well liked and loved by others, including the Nurses & the the rest of the staff. In addition, The Cleaning crew, Administrative personnel, Dining staff & Med Techs are awesome. Also, the Directors of Nursing, Residential Care, & Memory care, are exceptional & very professional. Don’t hesitate to call them & make an appointment, so you can decide for yourself. This is one of the hardest decisions a family member will have to make for their loved one. Finally, as for my Mom, she will live the rest of her days here. She is happy and very well taken care of.

I would like to write a review on behalf of my Mother, who has been with Inspired Living since August 2021. My Mom needed Memory Care. It was getting harder and harder every day for myself, and my Twin Sister to care for her. We passed by one day, and then we checked the facility and we loved it. This is where my mom is going to live out the rest of her Days. . I love that you can always talk to the great team of professionals with any concerns. They are always to assist you with any thing you need. My mom is very loved there. An awesome crew of nurses who really care about both Memory Care and Residential patients. . I have peace of mind that I made the right decision to take My mom there to live the rest of her days. Thank you Inspired Living for everything that you’ve done for my Mom in the past two years.
