Coventry Place

The staff GENUINELY cares about me, my family's situation, and my family member. They checked in regularly. They made accommodations. They helped us with move in. They welcomed my family member to activities before she moved in. They listened to our concerns and made sure they were abundantly addressed. The fellow residents are so kind and welcoming. The level of care is so personalized, I feel comfortable that my family member is getting the best care possible. I sleep better knowing my family member is with the people at Coventry Place.

We are not very happy with Coventry Place. They are not providing the type of care that we expected.

This community has different levels of care and support. Listened to our needs and have been willing to adjust according to my mother's needs. They have been very supportive and up front with what they are able to offer. So far so good.

The entire staff at Coventry Place have been very kind and very accommodating to me and to my friend, who now lives there. They have bent over backwards to provide my friend the help that he needs. I cannot say enough about how nice Coventry Place has been to my friend, who has memory loss. They are taking good care of him. I would recommend Coventry Place to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Coventry Place and everything about his experience at this facility has been good so far. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping does a really good job. Communication with the family is good, they are very good about communicating anything that needs to be passed along to us. The move in process was very easy. My loved one says that the food is good. Overall, I would recommend Coventry Place to others.

It's been great. I would tell a friend, that they should move here. I like everything about the place.

I love it here at Coventry Place! Everyone is nice. I feel very comfortable. The staff is a nice bunch of people, they're excellent. I do not have any complaints. This facility is a nice fit for me. I'm pretty independent, but help is available when needed. The food is good, you can substitute if you prefer. The activities are great, we always have something to do. This is the first Assisted Living place I've ever lived in. After talking to some of the other residents here, I'd say I believe that I made a perfect choice. Overall, I am well pleased!

Everyone, staff and residents, are so kind and friendly at Coventry Place! They maintain communication with the family with any concerns, as well as get back to you in a timely manner. The housekeeping is acceptable with my Independent Living room. They vacuum for me every Friday. Honestly, the meals could be improved. They will box and hold, or even deliver, your meals to your room if you're unable to attend in the dining facility for whatever reason. I would most DEFINITELY recommend this facility to others.

We toured Coventry Place during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. Overall, the facility was not great. This facility was not for us, not a good fit for our loved one. We decided to continue on with our search.

My loved one is currently a resident at Coventry Place. Overall, our experience at this facility has been great. The cleanliness is good. The food is okay. The friendliness, staff, and care services have all been great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall I think it is a very nice place and I would recommend them. The only areas that they could use room for improvement would be with the activities and the food, but I think that is true of most places because of how many people they have to feed. I think they could have healthier options for the residents to choose from.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was really good, it would of been a great second choice for our loved one. We will say for what they were offering in terms of meal plans it was going to be more expensive, and when we toured another community the residents were participating in so many activities and here it just seemed a little more quiet.

This was a good community. It was too far from family.

Based off of our tour experience, I would not recommend this place. The lady who was showing us around seemed to be in charge of absolutely everything, it looked like she did all of the jobs. I am sure there were other people there, but we did not see anyone. I did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling that we were looking for. In our opinion, it was not worth the money for what you got either.

Everybody has been very nice and welcoming. The biggest problem we have had has been with their TV service. They say it is the weather causing problems, but we have big issues with it working. I do think that they could improve on the food too. Overall though we have been happy with the experience. I would recommend Coventry Place to others looking, when the time comes I would even move here myself.

They could work to improvement on a few things - the first is hiring an activities director. That is desperately needing to get done. The meals need improvements as well, the quality of the food is very low.

We chose Coventry Place because of what he was able to get for the money that it would cost as well as location. The apartment sizes here are nice and roomy. Overall, it has been a good experience so far and I would recommend.

Before COVID this community have bingo, arts and crafts, board games and church services, however due to COVID they have shut down all activities. The food at this community is pretty good, i would say about a four out of five stars. The rooms are very good size and very spacious, that was actually the one thing that really stood out to me most.

The age of the building on the outside shows, the community and inside is exceptional. The common areas are very clean; however, the halls smelled in the independent living area. The hardest part was that my loved one moved in right before COVID. This has been hard due to the lock down and not being able to meet anyone. There usually are lots of activities available when the virus isn't going on. There are sign up sheets for different activities such as shopping, exercising, and going to the movies, etc. The main point for us joining this community was the activities available and the transportation for the residents in the community. The one downside of the building was the WIFI in no longer available for communications with my loved one. We have only been able to speak to him three times since the virus started. The long time director left during COVID and she is no longer there. I haven't been able to speak or troubleshoot anything since the director left.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a good location, close to restaurants and shopping. Room sizes are good. Food is okay. They have a good variety of options. Outdoor space is limited. Residents are open and friendly. The staff has a very personal relationship with the residents, they know the residents by name.
