Based on the staff there, we give 5! I love the staff, especially [name removed] .... the resident care facilitator. She's AMAZING Helping me navigate all the strange VA issues with getting my dad transferred over and handling his meds and HEALTHCARE. It is acceptable but not excellent. When we moved my parents in there was drywall dust in the shower, which caused me to look at the filter for the vent in their room, and requested it be changed out. They're in a hurry to turn the room over and get us moved in. I kept finding things in the room that needed detailing. Friendliness of the staff could not be any better! Every single person there has been amazing with me and my parents. They truly are very caring and go out of their way to try and make my Mom and Dad feel at home and comfortable. Quality of care - exceptional. Again, [name removed]is so knowledgeable, yet so friendly and loving. Even when my parents have been kind of hostile and upset. I I love the options that they offer and the fact that it's not institutional food! I love all the different kinds of activities they offer and love they include family in many of them! I put a five because all assisted-living facilities are so expensive but the staff at ATRIA PARK OF TUCKER is what makes this a value. I have such peace of mind knowing my parents are being cared for by such wonderful staff.... Read more

TM=Tour Manager I’ve been looking for a place for my 87 yo mother. We met with TM who couldn’t be more lovely, patient with mom’s stories, and actually directed her questions to mom, face-to-face, which immensely impressed mom! As we walked around the facility EVERY staff member we passed had a cheerful Hello and a few even stopped to chat. TM pointed out that each department was represented by a different uniform color, if you needed Housekeeping someone with a blue uniform could help you, and so on. There were a lot of residents out in many of the common areas, having a discussion over lunch, watching tv or in a comfortable chair with a good book. Many activities are offered thru the day that the residents CHOOSE to participate or not. And don’t get me started on the menu choices, a Foodies Paradise! Mom was interested in a studio apartment which has a small kitchenette, large bathroom with handrails, and spacious living area. I’m out of writing room. Worth the monthly cost!

We toured Atria Park of Tucker during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. The recruiter was very helpful, but way too pushy. The facility was nice, but I didn't have a whole lot of contact with the staff during our tour.
Atria Park has been very helpful & supportive in moving our mother, who’s just had a diagnosis of dementia, from Illinois to Georgia. This senior living community is well-designed, very clean, inviting & well managed, with many long-term staff. [name removed] has been particularly helpful & kind to our family. The food is delicious too. We feel fortunate that our mother can be a resident there.

Response from Atria Park of Tucker
June 20, 2023Hi Julia, It is our pleasure to treat each and every one of our residents like family at Atria Park of Tucker. We appreciate your kind compliments!
We have experienced independent living through Life Guidance (memory care) and Atria has been a great place for my parents., They have made friends, enjoyed activities, like their apartment and we are so glad they are close to us. The staff have all been great too!

I had the pleasure of touring recently, was very impressed with who toured us and everyone we came in contact with seemed very happy. The community is older but don’t let that stop you from placing your loved one here, they truly care… it’s not always about the bells and whistles.

How to find a place quickly from my mother. Needed assisted living, but dealing with the staff was told she would probably be a better fit for the EL. Met with the staff there, and was very much at ease. Feel like it will be a good place for my parent and down the road she will be happy and it is a weight lifted off of our shoulders, trying to find someplace where she would be comfortable and thrive.

Overall we are very happy with the care that she is receiving. The facility is very clean and well furnished. The staff is courteous, respectful, and friendly. Unfortunately her breakfast is periodically cold when served.

The most important thing to me is the care of my wife, and she is getting great care here. The second most important thing when I was looking was a close location which I found here, she is only 10 minutes from me. She has adjusted well, she loves it! They do a lot of activities with the residents and the staff are great. From the time I walk in to the time I leave they are all so friendly and really seem to care. The facility is also very clean and well-kept. We bring our little dog in and the other residents love it. Everything is working out well and I would recommend the facility to others looking. It is very expensive, but worth it.
I have been here for about two months. I and getting alone fine. I made a few friends and I love the staff. The only problem I have is that some of the other residents are hard of hearing and its difficult to have a conversation with them. I love my apartment and my next door neighbor is great. It was an adjustment for me to leave my large home but I am getting alone just fine. The community is nice and clean and the staff is wonderful.

We toured with Atria Park of Tucker and our reasoning behind not choosing this facility for our loved one was because we felt the facility itself just looked a little tired and needed some updates.
Our loved one was only there for a short while but from the initial visit to deciding on the right level of care, setting up the right arrangement and just the facility itself was very well handled and well done. Our loved one was not able to go to the dining hall so their meals were delivered to their room and everything looks quite good. Our loved one was limited when it came to the activities but from what we saw the activities were good - they had different art classes and some outdoor activities. The staff member you first meet with almost like their client facility person [name removed] has been phenomenal, she was always super responsive and always answered our questions we could not say enough good things about her

After my discussion of options with [name removed], we had A few interviews for assisted living facilities for my mom. Once we toured Atria, we knew our decision was made! [name removed], and her team, have been responsive and easy to work with.

Our family had an in person tour and the people were fabulous it was a very positive experience
We went by to take a look and this community was not very flashy and seemed to be older than what we wanted for our loved one. This was just not what we were looking for.
Unfortunately our loved one was not able to stay here because they do not have the proper lift systems needed for our loved one, however the care and staff were wonderful. The food was also delicious.
