Setting the bar high is an understatement! From the owners, to the manager, to the staff! Compassion, compassion, compassion! Clean, professional, understanding, very hard working! Tons of information provided on the tour, even told: in the event you do not choose us, we will help in away we can! Family setting, everyone was talking and smiling. Placed on the waiting list! Looking forward to the adventure ahead. I toured several places and this one is by far my 1 st choice. Your 1st impression is the most important, I arrived unannounced and was welcomed. Thank you!

The team here is so thoughtful and caring of my mother. They make her laugh and enjoy being there and that means the world to us.

I love this place! The residents are truly loved and cared for. I have seen residents move in and improve in their overall health. They take a personal approach in the care needs of each and every resident. They celebrate every holiday and go above and beyond what is required of them as an assisted living. I just love stopping by and saying hello to everyone. The residents are very active with lots of different activity daily.

This community was a single family home turned into a living community and this was not something that I was looking for for my loved one. I wanted something bigger and more independent for my loved one. This community was clean and they seemed attentive but did not offer a lot.
I moved my dad in there and he is doing so well and even improving in health. The staff is amazing and most have been there for years. The owners go above and beyond and I now can rest knowing my dad is in good hands. I just love the family get togethers and family dinner events.

I moved my mother into this small community after having lived at one of those big communities and having had an awful experience every day. You might understand that my mother has a memory issue. Very severe memory issue. The owners were very loving. Mother had her first roomate that was absolutely wonderful. The next one kind of freaked out. I heard from someone whom will remain unknown, that mother was really not happy there. So it was brought up to the owners. They made some changes and mother was happy again. Then awhile went by and they had some changes in employees again. That was the "straw that broke the camels back". I spoke to the owner's and one of them insulted me. Well that was when I took mother out of this assisted living facility. They do not a great job anymore. Mother lived there awhile and I had no problems with ever speaking to the owners or the Nurse Manager. But at the end I knew it was best to listen to mother. I had seen enough!!!

A Place for Mom has scored Arizona Desert Falls 8.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
