On the positive side: All of the staff that is there is very dedicated and good at what they do. They treated my dad outstandingly and he loves all of the attention that he has gotten from them. My daughter and I were quite pleased our whole experience at Aegis of Greenwood and would recommend it to other families. The facility is lovely and there is an outside area in good weather. The staff are caring and friendly and easy to talk with about the patient. They listen to any concerns I have. I have access to all the management team members and that is comforting. Also, it is easy to have a meal with my husband and the staff helped me when I planned a birthday surprise for my husband.
